CMK has ADA ramp configurations to meet the needs of temporary mobile kitchens. We offer ramps in switchback, straight, “L” shaped, or custom configurations to fit your egress needs. Ramp configurations also allow kitchen staff a safe and more effective way to access in and out of the kitchen trailer.
Waste Holding Tank Rental:
Our waste holding tank rentals are made of high quality plastic and each one is delivered in pristine working order. Their main uses involve storing waste such as: food waste and gray water. Flexible service schedules based on usage, capacity of the tank is 250 gallon, and easily placed within 20 feet of kitchen trailer.
Grease Trap:
40 lb. Grease trap prevents greasy substances from entering plumbing systems, septic fields, and wastewater treatment facilities where they cannot be processed properly and could harm the environment. Grease traps like this one are often used with cooking or prep sinks, pot sinks, and commercial dishwashers in various types of commercial food service operations. Additionally your local health code may require one for your application.
